I finally finished The Terror, a scary but great re-imagining of the lost Franklin expedition to the Arctic and just found out they’re making it into a new TV show!
I’ve spent the better part of the last two weeks poring over the recipes, science and really funny writing of The Food Lab by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt. Everything I’ve made has been impeccable and I HIGHLY suggest this for cooks with a nerdy “what is the absolute best way to do this thing” streak.
